At Lotus Yoga we offer yoga classes for children,  adults, and families, in a cosy environment, where everyone is valued as an individual and as a student.

Our yoga classes

We offer a variety of classes in order to serve different needs. We offer classes of different yoga styles and of different intensity for both newer and more seasoned practitioners, to help building a deeper mind-body connection.

Teaching approach

Over the years, at Lotus Yoga, we have been inspired by, and actively explored, different ways of approaching a yoga practice, from the “slow-paced” ones, right to the more dynamic yoga styles, such as Ashtanga Vinyasa .

The aspects we emphasize in our teaching are grounding, attention to breathing while it enables the body to move into a posture, to hold the posture and come out of the posture, and a gentle invitation to explore ways of going deep into the practice.
